BETEC® Performance grouts

For more than 50 years, BETEC® has been synonymous with performance precision grouts and mortars. BETEC® products have been developed to bring the best possible performance, quality, and application speed to realize durable connections in the most precise, performant, and productive way possible.

BETEC® Precision High Performance Grouts

At BETEC®’s core are the high performance, certified, precision grouts for all possible grouting needs in civil engineering, industrial machine foundation, railway track fixing and many more. BETEC® offers a portfolio of standard grouts and rapid grouts for use in colder temperatures. All BETEC® grouts are CE certified according to EN1504 and comply with the DAfStb-guideline. BETEC® grouts have high early and final strength, exceptional rheology to optimize flow and self-compaction, long open time for ease of application and excellent load bearing surface for long term load transfer and durability. 

BETEC® Joint Fillers

Cable loops, whether individual or rail mounted, have long been recognized as one of the best methods to connect precast wall and columns. However, these systems are only as good as the mortar and grouts used to fill the joints and connect the elements together. To bring to BETEC® values of easy and speed of application to the expanding market of modular building construction, BETEC® introduced BETEC® Thixo and BETEC® Verguss for jointing precast panels and structures. BETEC Thixo® is a structural thixotropic joint mortar that is easy to pump, even to height   and smoothens very well to give an immediate finished joint effect. The BETEC® Thixo/Verguss system is certified for use with several rail loop systems in German certification systems.
 

BETEC®’s wind portfolio combines the latest developments in raw materials and BETEC®’s expertise in high performance precision grout manufacturing. The BETEC® Wind grouts portfolio is made up of Early High Strength and Ultra High Strength grouts for flange ring and foundation grouting in steel, concrete and hybrid towers.

BETEC® offers grouts in the C80/95 and C110/115 strength classes for wind tower foundation and flange grouting. BETEC® grouts for wind energy are specifically developed to have early high strength, optimized flow and improved de-aeration resulting in an excellent load bearing surface. BETEC® highly flowable grouts improve job site handling and optimize application time while the fast strength build-up allows for construction to continue the same or next day depending on weather conditions. All BETEC® flange grouts are tested for fatigue strength according to Model Code 90, Model Code 2012 and/or EN 1992-2 Part 2. Description

BETEC® 110 W is a cement based, volume stable grout with high initial and final strength development with final strength class of C100/115 and tested fatigue resistance according to Model Code 2010, and EN 1992-2, part 2 concrete bridges. BETEC® 110 W stands out by controlled volume expansion and offers maximum durability and applicability.

BETEC® 200
Description

BETEC® 200 is a custom engineered cement based injection grout with high early strength development for filling voids under floor slabs, cracks and honeycombs in concrete, anchoring, rock and soil stabilization.

BETEC® 300
Description

BETEC® 300 is a polymer cement based mortar, suitable as pore filler and cosmetic finishing of concrete surfaces in layer thicknesses of 0-5mm.

Description

Description

BETEC® 350 is a single component cementitious compound which is polymer modified and fibre reinforced. It is a rapid setting, high strength, waterproof compound used to seal tieholes that are created by formwork tie bars.

BETEC® PLUG
Description

BETEC® Plug is a single-component quick-setting, waterproofing plugging compound supplied in 10 kg plastic buckets. When mixed with water, a plastic, highly workable mortar is formed which can be applied by hand to plug leaks in concrete and masonry structures.

BETEC® Seal
Description

BETEC® Seal is a rigid, cement based coating for waterproofing of concrete and masonry.
