BETEC® 2500
Description

BETEC® 2500 is a custom engineered high performance grout with very high strength class C100/115 and tested fatigue resistance according Model Code 90, Model Code 2010 and Eurocode 2 part 2 (2010) for a most durable grouting of wind turbine foundations and underfilling of heavy machines and bridge beds.

Description

Description

BETEC® Seal
Description

BETEC® Seal is a ready to use powder premix comprising cement, selected particle size quartz, synthetic resins and special additives. BETEC Seal is mixed with water using a slow speed drill and paddle to form a smooth slurry. The slurry is applied by brush or trowel, in two or three coats, to horizontal and vertical surfaces and dries to form a hard, durable, waterproof cementitious coating.

Contractor-friendly application for critical infrastructure solutions

With an extremely broad portfolio at hand, BETEC® users will find a number of products and solutions that encompass every application they might encounter. These include grouts for all application heights, as well as a year-round grouting portfolio. BETEC® products have been adapted to allow contractors to continue working even at cold temperatures. For some of the more specialized BETEC® applications, this performance adaptation is critical.

BETEC® serves the most demanding applications

BETEC® solutions are commonly used for assembling and joining prefabricated structures, for underfilling structural elements such as bridge bearings and block-out connections on beams and columns, and for machine foundations. Machine foundations in particular are where the durability and versatility of BETEC® products begin to shine through.

As an example, BETEC® is commonly used in wind turbine foundations, which are often situated in areas where low temperatures, speed of application and remoteness are factors in construction.
