Flange Ring Grouting
BETEC® Early High Strength and Ultra High Strength grouts for flange ring and foundation grouting in steel, concrete and hybrid towers. BETEC® offers grouts in the C80/95 and C110/115 strength classes for wind tower foundation and flange grouting. BETEC® grouts for wind energy are specifically developed to have early high strength, optimised flow and improved de-aeration resulting in an excellent load bearing surface.
BETEC® highly flowable grouts improve job site handling and optimise application time while the fast strength build up allows for construction to continue the same or next day depending on weather conditions. All BETEC® flange grouts are fatigue tested according to Model Code 90, Model Code 2012 and/or EN 1992-2 Part 2. All grouts are subject to a system 2+ factory production control according to EN1504 and Guideline Grouts.
